After a long time of not baking, I made the mistake to go back into baking; I last baked in January 2018. But that 2018 experience was a heck of a lot better then what I dealt with today! 😐😐😐 So what I did, is because I'm gluten free, is I took a normal recipe for cinnamon rolls and just substituted the stuff I can't have for the GF version instead. But THAT was a HORRIBLE DECISION. It was pretty messy, and it turned out pretty bad-looking, but it least it TASTED good 👏👏👏, except a little sugary and doughy. I won't do that recipe again, but a GF version instead. However, it was my first time doing cinnamon rolls, so give me credit! What they were SUPPOSED to look like... What they ACTUALLY looked like... Nailed It!
