Going to the Ashley Reservoir (July 11, 2020)

Image
On July 11, I went to the Ashley Reservoir! It was fun, and we went around 12pm, before it was scheduled to rain around 3pm. However, by 3pm, it was not raining, but because of the hot weather, I decided that it was time to leave, and my battery was running out! We did have a good time, and that was a nice small #SummerTrip !  Here are some pics and vids from my  #Trip : An AMAZING breakfast! 👍 In the car! A quick  #McDonalds  stop... 👍 What AMAZING scenery at the  #AshleyReservoir  in  #HolyokeMA  ... Now, here are the videos: #Delicious   #Summer2020 #Summer   Updated 7/17/20.

EXTRA: LOOK AT THE COVID-19 cases in my state: (JULY 10, 2020)

Image
Note: this data was taken the evening of July 10, 2020 and is now out of date. 111,110. What an unusual amount of cases. Luckily, 94K of those cases (about 90%) are healed, rendering Massachusetts as one of, if not, the safest states, in the United States. Good job, Massachusetts! 111,110. Wow, just 1 away from all 1s! THAT would've been something! Also, it ends with 110, so...  #110Grill By the way, at this writing (July 17, 2020), Florida now has over 315K total cases of  #covid19  and over 275K active cases, and with BOTH major theme parks open (Universal and Disney), people not paying attention, and not wearing masks, Florida is likely the least performing state in the United States, and it will probably be #1 in total cases in the US by August 1st! Not good! Also, as of July 17, 2020, New York is probably the best performing state besides Massachusetts, with a daily loss of 10K-20K cases and a gain of 1K cases per day, which OBVIOUSLY means that NY is doing WELL. The VIRTUAL #YouthTruth2020 event... (July 9-10, 2020)

Image
So, as you MIGHT remember from 2018, Youth Truth is a foster care show that takes place about foster kids telling their often sad and depressing foster care stories thayt come from our local program for foster care youths called  #HEROES , where teens and young adults can join the program, learn skills, and travel to different places, both for fun and for learning. I have wanted to join the program for AWHILE, but I WILL in 2021 when it is possible to do so. So anyways, back in 2017-2019, they did the show in an auditorium, last time I went in 2017, it was done in a high school auditorium. It was SAD, but a good show to watch! So now, of course, with  #covid19  and the  #coronavirus , shows like that that are performed in a public audience in an auditorium are now no longer possible, so for the 2020 show, it was done through  #FacebookLive . Over 50 people were in at one point in the show, and it was pretty cool. By the way, here is the filming and airing of You...

Writing my first REAL song... (July 8, 2020)

Image
Because my school is now doing a music unit from July 6-17, I have really thought of making a full time song with my own lyrics, and here it is: By the way, this music unit that my school is doing is pretty cool, and because of the unit (theme), EVERYTHING we do until July 17 HAS to relate to music in SOME WAY, whether it's math, ELA, or anything like that. By the way, here is my first REAL song, You've Made A Mess Outta Me, Quarantine (second version) (4 MINUTES long) And, the dinner I had as well: 👍 #Music   #School #Songwriting   #MusicUnit #Unit   #Theme #SchoolUnit   #SchoolTheme #Dinner   #SummerSchool #Summer2020   #Summer

Going to Walmart is A LOT different than before... (July 7, 2020)

Image
Sorry I'm a week late for this post, but on July 7 2020, I went to one of my local Walmarts. But, because of  #covid19  and the  #coronavirus , going to my local  #Walmart  was, and (might) forever be different than before. But, things ARE getting better, because since March, electronic device displays have been blocked off (you couldn't try an electronic product because of the constant risk of COVID-19 through people's hands frequently touching the displays) However, you are now welcome once again to try out an electronic device, at least at Walmart. However, the  #SocialDistancing  and 6 ft distance guidelines, among others, continue to stay in place, and will likely remain in place into the foreseeable future. By the way, here are some pics and vids from my visit: Selfies while in line. New rule #1 of COVID-19: When going to a store or other establishment, you can no longer walk in, you must wait in line. LOOK AT THE LINE! Luckily, it moved fast, an...

4TH OF JULY TRIP TO LAWRENCE/METHUEN, MA!

Image
Hi, everyone! Sorry I'm a week late, but during the 4th of July weekend (Saturday and Sunday), I took a trip with my foster mom to Lawrence, MA to stay the night. It was very fun, and while we were there, between about 8pm and 12am on the 4th of July, I heard and saw fireworks coming from EVERY direction, and it was pretty cool to see, because I was thinking that because that because of  #covid19 , there wouldn't BE any fireworks. But I, and everyone else was proven wrong, because there were fireworks, and lots of them! I did a lot else, but because it would be too much for a description, I have put it in my camera gallery. And so... Here is a camera gallery of my trip: Day 1: July 4, 2020 My 4th of July breakfast: 2 oranges and 2 dark chocolate chip waffles. Delicious! A NASTY SURPRISE: After being gone for 3 years (since 2017), YouTube's dreaded 30-SECOND UNSKIPPABLE ADS ARE BACK. SO FAR, I HAVE GOTTEN 2 OF THEM FROM WATCHING CNBC. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS ONLY ME, BUT...
