The future of data is here...

Image
Well, have you seen those movies where data is stored on holographic devices? You probably have. Well, that is becoming a reality! Scientists at the University of Southampton have showcased their nanostructured glass disks that have the ability to store data for 13.8 BILLION YEARS at room temperature. The disks work in temperatures up to 1800°F, and can each store 360 TERABYTES of data! So far, they have been used to store important historical documents such as the Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, the Magna Carta, and the Holy Bible. This is an amazing technology, and if it is made public by the end of the year, an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING way to end the 2010s! SUMMER IS HERE!!! ☉☉☉

I can't believe that it is already summer 2019! This is going to be an AMAZING summer, with camp, LOTS of traveling, and of course, hopefully TONS of arcade visits! And in my downtime, I will OBVIOUSLY be playing Scrap Clicker 2. If you don't know, that is my OBSESSION right now! We are going to go to Niagara Falls (Canada) , and I will be going to JCC travel camp the week of Aug. 12-16. Stay tuned for AMAZING posts that week! Also, today is my first day of JCC, and I hope it goes well! Now here's what I'm looking forward to this summer: TRAVELING - obviously. Minecraft Class: Back In Session! (Coming July 2019!) Wait, what? Minecraft class? I haven't heard of that since what, 2015?! YEP! My school is doing their FIRST EVER Minecraft class this summer, along with Latin/Greek class, and the normal electives like art, shop, and such. I am so excited that Minecraft is COMING BACK as Fortnite declines in popularity. Yes, my dream!!! It is the Minecraft Renais

Summer 2019... Just 6 DAYS AWAY!!! (6/21/2019) 😁😁😁

I am thrilled to announce that summer 2019 is just 6 days away calendarwise! I am SO excited, because I KNOW that summer 2019 is going to be one of the best summers ever! I'm going to go to a lot of places like Niagara Falls and such! Summer is pretty much here; the weather is getting warmer (although we had a 60-degree day on Thursday, 6/13/2019) and tomorrow, which is only supposed to be 69 degrees, which isn't that warm. It's warm, but it could be warmer, if you know what I mean. I only have 6 days left of school, which is AWESOME. If you want to know more info on my final days of school, here you go: June 17-20: Academics, as normal Friday, June 21: End of the year picnic, no academics Monday, June 24: Final day and grad ceremony, half day, no academics Although, I probably won't be going June 24, because if I did go, this would be my June 24... 8:15 AM - 10:15 AM: School 10:15 AM - 12:15 PM: School grad ceremony 12:15 PM - 1:00 PM: Drive to JCC 1:00 PM -

It will be a nice new journey for the two of you, and I'm sure you will enjoy it! CONGRATULATIONS, Tanisha!!! SADDEST BLOG POST EVER: The Death Of My High School Years (I'm SO SORRY 😭😭😭)

I am really sorry to announce this, but effective immediately, My High School Years has been canceled due to time constraints and other reasons. There is always that small chance of me restarting operations of the show in the fall, but I think the show is done for good. And so, with that, 4/19/19's episode of My High School Years (A Nice Spring Break, S1 E21) is effective immediately the last episode. Personally, I think spring break is a great time to end the show. I was really hoping for a 2022 ending, but sadly we only made it to 2019. What I can say about My High School Years is that it was a nice 12-month vlog project that worked out pretty well for a while. And thanks for sticking around over the past year on development of the show! It's said to come to a close so early, but I really didn't have any time to make new episodes. So, thank you. NOTE: The end of My High School Years does NOT mean the end of this blog. I will continue to blog post as much as I can in th

We're back! May 31 2019: Chuck E Cheese, getting my first bank account, and the end of 95.5 PLJ in New York City

Happy June! Aren't you glad that school is almost over? (or already is if you are in college) My last day of school is June 24th! Summer is just around the corner! I'm very sorry I haven't posted lately, and that's just because it takes a lot of time to do a blog post, and I haven't had much time lately. But I want to start June on a nice note and start blog posting again! So, here's what I did yesterday, May 31 2019: I went to Chuck E Cheese! I have not been there since Dec 12 2015! (my 12th birthday) We went to support Mom's school that she works at, and I had a semi-good time. Unfortunately, the arcade was not the best time, but also not the worst. It's just because the jackpots were very low, and the arcade only had like 20 games, and the fact that most were kid-themed games. (like Paw Patrol) I had a good time on some of the games, but like I said, the jackpots were very low (but that's only because little kids can't comprehend big jackpo
