FIRST DAY OF 11TH GRADE! (July 1, 2020) 🙂😱😰🤯🤓👌☝️🎓👨‍🏫👨‍🎓

Image
Today marked my first day of 11th Grade! Yes, in July... That's because my school has a year round program, ugh... I was NOT expecting this so I had to change my clothes after first period (something you normally wouldn't be able to do in physical school) AND get a hairdo, it was pretty cool. I put on a pinkish shirt and got a hairdo so I could look cool for the rest of the day! And I really did look cool, and I enjoyed today! Halfway through high school, wow, already... 9 and 10 down, 11 and 12 left to go... Here's some photos from the day: First, breakfast: 2 dark chocolate chip waffles with a cinnamon raisin bagel... 👍 Now, the STYLE... 👍 Now, the CLASSES... (Zoom calls, of course!) 👍 This is from math class, where I got 2nd place in an "80s songs" Kahoot! game. If you're wondering WHY we did music in math, that's because today was little academics because it's the first day, and because our theme for the first 2 weeks of summer session is music....

No Big E this year...

Image
Well, there's no Big E this year. That sucks. That is the thing that I LOOK FORWARD to going to in the late summer/early fall. Well, I guess we gotta wait til 2021. Don't worry, 2021 will be MUCH better than 2020. But because we said that about 2020 in 2019, I unfortunately don't know if 2021 WILL be a good year or not. But, for all Big E lovers, see you in Fall 2021! Anyways, here's the proof: #NoBigE   #BigE   #Summer2020   #Summer

WHAT AN AMAZING DAY! (July 17, 2020)

Image
On July 17, a lot of things happened. One, I got my first ever  #Haircut  at  #JCPenney  because my barber wouldn't answer the phone, so, because Julie gets her haircuts there, she took me to JCPenney to get my first ever haircut there. Despite JCPenney being a failing retailer in 2020, their haircuts definitely don't fail to amaze! Two satisfied customers, I hope they can get more! I even PAID for the haircut myself with my  #DebitCard  too, and then went to  #TraderJoes to get food as my first ever personal grocery shopping and paid for THAT as well with my debit card, spent all the money on it, but it was worth it! And AFTER Trader Joe's, I went to see my dad for the FIRST TIME in 4 months! And THAT went well, for a 2 NIGHT visit, with a surprise... My MOM ALSO moved in NEXT DOOR to my dad's, so I get to see HER too! It was a GREAT weekend, and I can't wait for the next one!  #WelcomeBack #HampshireMall   #HadleyMA #BlackLivesMatter ...

Shopping is A LOT different than before... (June 30, 2020)

Image
Hi, everybody! Yesterday was June 30, 2020, and it was a very interesting day. We went to River Valley Co-op, which is one of my favorite places, despite being a SUPERMARKET! 😂😂😂 But, visiting the coop in these times, or any coop by that matter, is A LOT different than it used to be. Why? 1. You have to WAIT IN LINE to get in the store and the patio and dining areas are closed off, 2. When you get in, you HAVE to wash your hands AND put on gloves! And believe me, the manager was definitely NOT 6 FEET APART when he said that! 😱🤬👎 It basically felt like SCHOOL to me: THEM telling ME what to do: AND YOU KNOW I HATE PEOPLE TELLING ME WHAT TO DO, I WANNA LIVE MY OWN LIFE, SO BACK OFF, TELL-ME-WHAT-TO-DO-ERS, or ELSE... 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 By the way, school starts July 1, so here we go again... But, besides that, the experience was good. And, before I go rambling off, the third thing that's different about shopping, is sometimes you can only go 1 way through parts of the store, and THA...

END OF 10TH GRADE (June 17, 2020)

Image
10th Grade, OUT! Wednesday, June 17 marked my last day of school for the 2019-20 school year and the last day of 10th grade for me! After school (only a 12:15-1pm Zoom meeting), Mom, Melanie, and I went to Marshall's (they recently reopened from COVID-19, but dressing rooms are closed until June 22) and Mom was ECSTATIC that they were open because apparently it's Mom's favorite store (not mine...) But visiting Marshall's in June 2020 was a lot different because they sanitized your cart at the beginning, the front of the store was turned into a health center, and dressing rooms are closed. (until June 22) After Marshall's, we went to Whole Foods, but I didn't go in; I was using my device until Mom came out of the store. (around 8pm) I helped her with the groceries, and then we went to Wendy's for a fast food dinner. But because I'm gluten free and can't eat the bread at Wendy's, of course they had to screw up my order by giving me my burger with t...

IT'S DAY 1 OF OUR TRIP TO CAPE COD!

Image
Today was June 23, 2020, and it marked the first day of our trip to Cape Cod! It started with me getting up at 8:30 AM. We packed and I got ready, played a couple games before we left, and at 12:30 PM, we left to Cape Cod! The drive was 2 1/2 hours, and I spent 90% of the time playing Antimatter Dimensions, and the other 10% was taking pictures and videos! So, after tons of pictures and videos, lots of scenery, and tons of gameplay, we arrived in Cape Cod! We got to the WRONG HOTEL around 3:30 PM! Our motel was a mile away from the one we arrived at! 😂😂😂 At 3:45-4:00 PM, we arrived at the right motel, and put our stuff inside. We were going to walk/swim on the beach, but it was too cold (the Cape is a lot colder than where I live; for example, at the motel the high for 6/24 is 78 degrees, whereas at home, the high is 86 degrees, an 8 degree gap, although the gap can sometimes be 10-15 degrees) and it got late, so it looks like we will be going to the beach tomorrow for Day 2 of our ...
