Going to the NOURISHED FESTIVAL in WORCESTER MA!

You know how it feels to go to a food festival and there's nothing gluten free, right? Or you can have things there like "salads" and "burgers without the bun?" That just feels awful, so when you realize you have an opportunity to go to a festival where you can EAT ANYTHING YOU WANT and it's only an hour away, you just have to TAKE that opportunity. And there we present, the Nourished Festival! (Formerly GFAF Expo) It was my first time going to a food festival like that, so it was a real experience! I was really excited and we planned this about a week ahead! Now, let's talk about the Nourished Festival...

I woke up at 7 AM when I was supposed to get up at 8 AM, so I waited an hour in bed, and before you know, it was 8 AM. So I got up and got ready to GO DO THIS THING! So I waited, and before you know, it was 9 AM and Julie was here to pick me up! So we drove to Worcester and went to the Nourished Festival! I got samples of A LOT of things, and there were tons of GF eateries and companies there, like Enjoy Life, Schär, and OBVIOUSLY, 110 Grill. It was SO much fun!

Finally, a festival where I can eat ANYTHING I want... #NourishedFestival

You can tell there were a lot of people here!

These are SO good that you NEED to buy them! Currently, these are sold at Target.

The Cash/Coupons machine at the Nourished Festival!

What I won in the cash/coupons machine at the Nourished Festival! I won $2, 7 Blue Diamond nut thins coupons, 2 San-J GF soy sauce coupons, and 1 coupon each from Aleia's, Namaste Foods, Owyn Protein Drinks, Schär, Jovial, and Enjoy Life.

As you can see, THE WHOLE PLACE IS GLUTEN FREE!

A really good GF brand, Bousquet is definitely a brand you should buy!

A HUGE crowd at the Nourished Festival!

As you can see, I had a SPECTACULAR time at the Nourished Festival! But, before we left Worcester, at the end of the festival, I picked up some "gear" from 110 Grill! I got a pen, bumper sticker, and portable menu! And then, after the festival, you CAN'T visit a GF festival without going to the local 110 Grill that was only A QUARTER OF A MILE away afterwards! So, we drove to the 110 Grill in Worcester and ate there! It was SO good! I got the pasta primavera with sweet potato fries, and I couldn't finish HALF of the pasta!

My pasta primavera with sweet potato fries! The pepperoni flatbread in the back was Julie's and not mine.

And that was my AWESOME SATURDAY in Worcester! Thanks for reading! Make sure to stay tuned through the summer for more amazing blog posts!
