My High School Years

Hello, everybody. It is now Feb 22, 2025, and it has been nearly 7 years since I first started My High School Years, the original version, now called the OG series. For the longest time, though, the last 8 episodes of the OG series have not been available publicly. It is time for this to change. Starting tonight, and following into tomorrow, Feb 23, 2025, I will be creating a Telegram channel to host the OG episodes on, the same way the (TR27's Version) episodes are hosted. All 66 OG episodes will be added there, able to be viewed by anybody who has Telegram or who is willing to download Telegram to watch them. Nothing will be changed in the Telegram uploads of these episodes. These 66 episodes will contain content from April 20, 2018 to April 3, 2020, and be much lighter in nature. However, some footage featured in the (TR27's Version) episodes will not be available in the OG episodes. In addition, all footage from Sep 21, 2019 to Oct 20, 2019 is not present in the OG episodes...

Wow, what a CRAZY year 2025 has been! And we're not even in February yet! Anyways, here's some MAJOR things that have happened in 2025 so far: January 1, 2025 - A WILD start to the year. The New Orleans New Year's street attack, where a man connected to ISIS decided to drive into people celebrating the New Year on Bourbon Street around 3:15AM CST (4:15AM EST), and a few other events happened as well, including a nightclub shooting in Queens. January 6, 2025 - Congress certifies Donald Trump's election win, leading to his return to office 14 days later as usual, ending any chance of Kamala Harris becoming the 47th POTUS. January 17, 2025 - History is made as the Supreme Court decides that the proposed TikTok ban IS constitutional, leading to it taking effect not long after. January 18, 2025 - US ByteDance Blackout - ALL ByteDance products go dark in the US due to the TikTok ban, which required ByteDance to divest or sell by January 19, 2025. ~ 10 PM...

Happy New Year, everyone! It's not 2025 for me yet, but China, Australia, and the eastern part of the world have already welcomed in 2025. Considering what's in store for 2025, it's going to be a VERY interesting year! Today is April 5, 2024, and it marks exactly 6 years since I launched this blog on April 5, 2018! Guys, I have come across a point where I have decided to focus more on college, and because college is a long thing, I figured I would take the next 4 years off of blogging so I could focus on my education instead. College is a long road, and don't worry, I'll be back here in 2028 as a grown 24-year-old man talking about the beginning of my 20s. See you in 2028... LEAP DAY FOOLS! Hi, everybody! I'm back once again with an update on my vlog, My High School Years (TR27's Version), which has been on hiatus since January 21, 2024, when episode 69 went out on Telegram, the last one to come out. I have installed a video editing software called ShotCut on my Windows PC and although it runs somewhat slow, it runs pretty good, and I have already started production of episode 70 on there, the next episode. I am still learning to use this software, but I think I'm getting the hang of it! Although slightly different than YouCut (actually QUITE different), I think this will result in a better product, however, it is WAY more complex, complicated, and feature filled than YouCut could ever dream of! There are some issues (text can only be so long, there's a character limit), but they are manageable! If all goes well, you could be seeing new episodes by next month, March 2024! See you soon! 😁✌️😎

Winter Storm Lorraine is going a little further south than the meteorologists were expecting. And as they say, a little goes a long way! A VERY long way! The snowfall map (for where I am) went from 8-12" Sunday night, to 4-8" this morning, to now, 2-4"? We went from a MAJOR snowstorm to just another snowy day in a matter of 24 hours! However, we won't know how much we get until the storm gets here! Everything is already cancelled tomorrow (including HCC, Holyoke Community College, which has been open on SEVERAL days that my local district closed) despite this drastic forecast change (I imagine that they're closing not because of the size of the storm, but its timing, which looks to be 4am-12pm, SMACK DAB in the work day hours for most!), and I appreciate not having to get up early in the morning tomorrow! OK, I'll admit it. This year, I'm absolutely OBSESSED with the fact that there is a February 29th this year, as February typically only has 28 days, and the 29th only happens once every 4 years or so! Once Feb. 29 happens this year, I want to film that day as much as I can as I won't be able to film on 2/29 again until 2028, as 2025-2027 simply won't HAVE a Feb. 29, it would be March 1! By the way, here's the only video I have ever made on 2/29, from 2/29/2020, just before things got bad with COVID. (Not surprisingly, it's me bragging about getting to experience this special day!)
