The Christmas Season has begun! Going to Bright Nights in Springfield MA (3 miles of smiles)

Image
What a night it has been! Now that's it's after Thanksgiving, I can actually talk about Christmas! 🀣 Tonight was a bit of a late one to go to Bright Nights, because we almost didn't go due to how tired my mom was. But luckily they keep the gates (and the snack bar/merry-go-round) open until 11PM on Fridays/Saturdays/Holidays this year instead of the 9:30PM (as legally required under the former MA curfew) last year, when we COULDN'T make it. I remember getting out of TJMaxx in Hadley MA at 8PM and due to having to pick someone else up, it clearly didn't work out. However, on 12/23/2020, I did go to Bright Nights with Julie in what ended up being our latest outing EVER, until 10:30PM! I loved it, and felt like a teenager that night because 1) I was out late, and 2) we were (unintentionally) breaking the curfew due to traffic! (We also broke the travel order by going to Enfield CT to get gas, but not really, because getting gas qualified as essential.) For those who a

Happy (belated) Thanksgiving! πŸ¦ƒπŸ—πŸšπŸ₯§πŸ½️

Happy belated Thanksgiving to everyone reading this! Sorry I didn't get here yesterday for this post the day of Thanksgiving, but now, we are on the night of the end of Black Friday, and the official start of the Christmas season as the day after Thanksgiving, and a local radio station has started playing all-Christmas music. But, before we get all festive (pun INTENDED. πŸ˜‚), we need to show Thanksgiving first. Here's what it looked like last night, photos AND VIDEOS: Time of capture: 11-25-2021 6:42PM (Thanksgiving table. I briefly sat here before moving due to lack of space at the table, I sat at the kitchen table by myself, mostly occupied by food.)  Time of capture: 11-25-2021 6:44PM *Warning: this section contains profane language, but in a good manner, viewer discretion is advised (Turkey, yellow but technically orange rice, pork, and Canada Dry Ginger Ale) Very good meal, but sadly no butternut squash, my FAVORITE for Thanksgiving. Maybe this weekend? At my school's

Galaxy Note: Going Out On A Final Note (CURRENTLY UNCONFIRMED BY SAMSUNG)

Image
After 9 years, from the Note (2011) πŸ‘Ά to the Note 7 (2016) πŸ’₯πŸ’£ and to the Note 20 (2020) 😎, it appears to be the final days of the Galaxy Note series after 9 years. This is currently unconfirmed, but several tech outlets like 9to5Google have made stories that the Galaxy Note 20, the final(?) phone in this series, could cease production PERMANENTLY by the end of 2021, or just weeks or even DAYS from now. Also, a 2022 version of the Note is not in the lineup, only the S22 and a future foldable, because we're clearly in 2005 again. 🀣 #HistoryRepeatsItself For a phone that did really well (just exclude 2016, please πŸ˜‚), even in the bad era of 2020 as a finale, it did really well. But, I guess it's OK to leave the party on a good note. What is UP with the metaverse? πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜±πŸŒ† And are we even READY for it? (No, we're not.)

Image
In the past 2 weeks, there has been NONSTOP reports about the metaverse, its introductions, and EVERYTHING ELSE. But if you DON'T want the metaverse to sound digital (Zoom robot, anybody? πŸ™„), which you probably DON'T, then THREE companies in South Korea, Warpsolution, Citylabs, and Digisonic, are attempting to make the metaverse sound as life-like as possible, and they just had their first ever meeting in the metaverse. For those of you viewing like "how the HELL is this 2021; can't this be from 2050 or something?", let me break it to you. This ISN'T HAPPENING IN 2050. NOT 2040. NOT EVEN 2030. RIGHT NOW. PRESENT DAY, 2021. 😱 THIS ISN'T THE FUTURE, THIS IS RIGHT NOW. πŸ˜±πŸ˜―πŸŒ†πŸ˜Ž Now I'm going to read my 2016 book called 2030 which attempted to predict 2030, and see what we got. If I can even find it, that is... I have predicted the future so many times, it's hard to know how many times! Examples: 2020 will be the apocalypse, the metaverse, (making a

The late night continues: After Midnight

Now approaching 1AM, I have unintentionally turned this into a day long series! πŸ˜‚ This is part 3, BTW. Looking for a movie to watch, I just COULDN'T resist staying up this late! πŸŒ† (When William comes, IT'S ALWAYS MOVIES AND GAMES ALL NIGHT, so this is my first chance at it. Beginner's luck, it's working!) πŸ˜ŽπŸŒ™ Even the kids are still up AND LOUD, at 12:39AM! 😱 (They think it's 12:39PM! πŸ˜‚) Here's what it looks like: Time of capture: 11-25-2021 12:36AM EST Time of capture: 11-25-2021 12:41AM EST Who KNOWS what will happen next? Anyways, have a great night! Sunrise: 6:53AM ✅ 8PM ✅ 9PM ✅ 10PM ✅ 11PM ✅ 12AM 1AM 2AM 3AM 4AM 5AM 6AM SUNRISE Last update: 12:49AM EST 11-25-2021

Games with the fam: Playing What Do You Meme? Family

Image
Image capture time: 11-24-2021 11:14PM EST Image capture time: 11-24-2021 11:27PM EST As it approaches midnight on Thanksgiving, in which Target won't and never will be open again on Thanksgiving starting 2020 (pandemic closure), we played a second game: What Do You Meme? Family. It was fun, but it ended rather quickly. Now as we prepare to do who knows what, this night has been fun, and it's been fun. Thank you William, and good night! #WhatDoYouMemeFamily

Feelin' lucky tonight...

Just playing Dos with William, now that he's home for Thanksgiving. It's pretty late, approaching 11pm, but so far, so good... Have a great night and a great Thanksgiving!

I'm Feeling Musicy. SO MUCH MUSIC TODAY!

Image
For my latest post involving weird weather, please check out my Instagram  @tr27.official . Today was a big day in music, for me anyways. I went to the new Starbucks on Riverdale Street in West Springfield MA (former D'Angelo's) and because today happened to be the release date of Red (Taylor's Version), a re-recording of Taylor Swift's 2012 album Red, I heard a lot of songs from there, like I Bet You Think About Me (Taylor's Version) [From The Vault], 22 (not sure if the old version or the new version), and a couple others, before getting Heat Waves by Glass Animals and Beggin' by Maneskin stuck in my head, before culminating in A Teen by V.I.C., a song I'd never heard before that is on FIFA 22, with Heat Waves actually being a FIFA 21 song. Believe me, I LOVE A Teen, it so describes me. 😎✌️ Ready? Here's ALL THE STUFF I HEARD TODAY: (Future viewers, these videos may no longer be available to watch in the future due to spontaneous removals of videos by

What A Crazy Day.

Image
Today, I barely remember what happened. First, I went to school to be told there was no school (for me) because there was no nurse, so I had to get picked up to go home and stay home for the day, even therapy was virtual today due to my mom being late to work, and therefore, needing to work longer to stay afloat. Also, around 11am, due to my now almost-0 and even at some points 0 storage, I lost ALL my progress on Scrap 2 Fanmade, which I restarted playing about 2 weeks ago after playing it for real between February-March 2020. I got to about 4.4 million golden scrap, max barrel 110/5000 (FIGURES.) and about 1e63 (10^63) scrap before I got that unwelcome surprise that not only happened once, but TWICE, of a TOTAL loss of progress! Guess I won't be doing THIS again WITHOUT A BACKUP! Even my SD card is almost at capacity (<500 MB left most likely) so I had to upload EVERYTHING to Unlim! This loss of progress made me quite upset to the literal breaking point of me crying outside in

HEROES: Back Inside And Now Online Via Discord! (My first time in the community center since March 2020, other than getting mail!)

Image
For the first time since March 2020, I was able to step inside, and we HEROES were able to meet inside the community center! (I've only been a member since October 2020 after a months long period of constantly asking to sign up for the program, so I never had an indoor session; that was my first outside of drop-in!) We had an amazing time while (some) COVID-19 protocols were being taken, like leaving the doors open for circulation, masks being mandatory while inside (also under my city's mandatory mask mandate that went into effect on 9/1/21 and has been in effect since), and no eating/drinking inside, food prepared inside was to be taken outside to consume on the patio with a new heating lamp there. It was a cool meeting, but the star of the meeting was a surprise: one of the youth set up a Discord server for HEROES, and I couldn't sign up because I don't have memory! Ugh! 😫 Here's proof: If you can't see it: Internal memory: 31.25 MB remaining SD Card (disk)

Two beautiful sunsets, one hour back

Image
Now that EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) is EST (Eastern Standard Time), the sunrise is one hour earlier (no more waking up in the dark! 😁), but the sunset is ALSO one hour earlier, getting dark at about 4:30 PM now rather than 5:30 PM, which makes going to after school activities/outings more difficult due to the increased darkness. Here's the change in action: Yesterday at 5:40 PM: Today at 4:48 PM: (Brightness of photo decreased to show sunset, was not that dark at this time) Just a pro and con of DST ending. See you again in March 2022...

The Hour Repeats Itself

Typical me. Just as I stayed up in March to see the clock go from 1:59 to 3:00 AM, I stayed up to watch the clock go from 1:59 AM and 1:00 AM, therefore, repeating the hour as Daylight Saving Time came to an end for the year. I was tired as hell (you could PROBABLY TELL), but at least I got this rare footage that most decide to sleep through: I also included the exact changing timestamp to the second in the bottom of the video. Hope you enjoy!

Five Below and 300 Below

Image
Today was a great day. I went to Smokin' Scoops in West Springfield, MA, where they make ice cream from LIQUID NITROGEN, and had the usual chocolate ice cream with no brownies (gluten free) and that was it. I even sat at their bar, which was cool, AND NO, I DON'T DRINK AND NEVER WILL. I also went to Five Below for the first time (Westfield MA location), and that was pretty cool. Little late though for a 17-year old (almost 18) to visit a teen store for the first time, but it was a cool experience that was totally modern. Photos/videos from my inaugural visit to Five Below (in general), Westfield MA: Greeted by a sunset, although I've seen better... Just before Five Below: My first ever photo inside a Five Below: My first selfie inside Five Below! #5BSTYLE Would you go here with your parents? πŸ€” I would, but I'd probably get a NO! 😫🀣 I'd much rather go with a friend, any friend... Need a friend REAL bad... For $5, this looks REALLY GOOD! $15? For those who aren'

See You Later - Dedicated To My Father [Explicit]

NOTICE: THIS POST IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION. THE ASSOCIATED MUSIC VIDEO FOR IT WILL BE RELEASED BETWEEN THE END OF MARCH AND APRIL 2021. [Parental Warning - Explicit Language] "Life can't be 100% positive; there's always sadness." - Me, 1/23/2021 Trust me, it's really hard to undergo the passing of one of your loved ones, especially only at 17. Therefore, I have made a song dedicated to my father called See You Later about the fun things we did and how I will miss him. See You Later - Dedicated to my father who is currently in the process of passing from metastatic adenocarcinoma cancer of the jaw; I will miss you... πŸ˜‡πŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜ LYRICS - (Explicit) Drove all over the place, blasting tunes during the summer groove Spent all that time with you, from day until night, cool If the day had 25 hours, I would spend them all with you 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, make it 35, I'd still spend them all with you By watching races at 11PM, having breakfast everyday at 10AM, and eating

My High School Years - Everything Happens (1/24/20)

This is SEASON 2 EPISODE 13. Summary: Everything happened this week. Going bowling, getting stuck in traffic, going to Walmart, seeing (Dr.) Dolittle, everything happened. Seen this episode and all the others? Stay tuned for S2 E14, coming soon! MY HIGH SCHOOL YEARS: COMING SOON IN 1080P ON DUBOX!

My High School Years - A Lot Happens (1/17/20)

This is SEASON 2 EPISODE 12. Summary: A lot happened. That's all I can say. Except for the fact that I went to Pier 1 Imports in Hadley, MA for their store closing sale, went to Target at the Hampshire Mall in Hadley, MA, reported on the latest news, and took pictures, mainly sunset ones. My High School Years: 1080P VERSION WILL NOW BE ON DUBOX INSTEAD OF GOOGLE PHOTOS. COMING SOON! (By the end of February 2021)

I've been very busy. But more is coming soon!

Sorry about the infrequent updates. I have been in a lot lately, like me checking the vaccine rollout every day (currently, 42M, or about 12.7%, are vaccinated in the US, and 131M, or 1.68%, of the world is vaccinated) and me doing other things, like playing games and learning Spanish on Duolingo. (going great so far, but is quite lengthy to master one skill) But I promise you, as this crisis (begins) to come to a close, by the end of it, I will be back with you and new episodes of MHSY (My High School Years) ARE coming this year! (Most likely before summer!) I will try to post more, but it is quite difficult for all that is going on right now, like worrying about COVID-19 and the vaccine rollout, school, scheduling future outings (Berkshire East in Charlemont, MA is going to be one, during February vacation in 2021), the fact of the sun starting to come out over the dark skies of COVID-19, as 106.6 million have gotten COVID and nearly 500,000 in the US and at least 2,300,000 worldwide

SUPER BOWL LV (55): GEARING UP FOR TONIGHT'S GAME, WHILE (HOPEFULLY) BEING COVID CAUTIOUS

Image
Tonight's Super Bowl is a game changer, literally. First of all, only 25,000 fans are allowed to be at the game, with 7,500 being health care workers. (This may sound like a lot, especially during COVID, but this is by far the emptiest Super Bowl game ever; the previous record of 61,962, WAY MORE than 2021, was set at the first Super Bowl in 1967) There will also be 30,000 cut-outs of fans (sports looking like Wii Sports, ONCE AGAIN, due to COVID) as well, totalling out at 55,000, still less than the attendance of Super Bowl I of 61,962. I am predicting that the Buccaneers will win (Tom Brady), with a final score of 27 to 22, my lucky numbers. ALSO, FOR ANYONE PLANNING AN EVENT OR WATCH PARTY TONIGHT, PLEASE EITHER ADHERE TO COVID-19 GUIDELINES WITH YOUR EVENT, ONLY HOLD A WATCH PARTY WITH YOUR IMMEDIATE FRIENDS, AND IF POSSIBLE, I (AND THE CDC) HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU HOLD A ZOOM/VIRTUAL WATCH PARTY BY SHARING YOUR SCREEN WITH THE NFL GAME ON YOUR BROWSER AND INVITING EVERYONE YOU

Groundhog Day: He saw his shadow. 6 MORE WEEKS OF WINTER! πŸ₯Ά❄🌨

Punxsutawney, the groundhog, saw his shadow, which means that we will get 6 more weeks of winter! From the look of it outside with Winter Storm Orlena wreaking havoc across the US, I am not surprised. Here was the groundhog's official statement: "Here Ye, Here Ye, Here ye Now this second day of February, two thousand and twenty-one, the one hundred and thirty fifth annual trek of the Punxsutawney Groundhog Club...  Punxsutawney Phil, the Seer of Seers, the Prognosticator of all Prognosticators, was awakened from his borrow at 7:25 am by his handler and friend, on this quite morning where few can attend.  In Groundhogese, Phil directed the President and the Inner Circle to his prediction scroll that reads.  It is a beautiful morning I see,  With all my fans viewing virtually.  With my faithful followers being safe and secure,  Our tradition of Groundhog Day must endure.  We all have passed through the darkness of night,  But now see hope of morning's bright light.  When I t

GameStop: Power To The Investors (STOCK GOING CRAZY!) πŸ€―πŸ˜±πŸ€‘ AMC SAVED AS WELL!

Image
I mean, WHAT?! Up until about a week ago, GameStop (GME) had a stock price of about $4-5 per share. Investors were predicting the company would fail, but due to Reddit and bad gambling on the investors side (who unfortunately lost a lot of money), GameStop's stock SURGED to $450 PER SHARE, the highest it has ever been BY FAR. Now, the stock is levitating, going up and down, with differences of $-100 to $100 DAILY, currently at $108/share as of 2/2/2021 at 12:02PM. My teacher even made a reference to this today in class, for which I am posting this on lunch break! Also, AMC (the movie theater chain) also has been saved from bankruptcy due to this madness; about 1 week ago, stock for AMC was about $3/share, but then surged to about $20/share on January 27, with the company later declaring that bankruptcy was "completely out of the picture". So I guess this was a good thing for both companies? Search "AMC stock" and/or "gme stock" on Google and you will s
