13K views & a countdown that might hit 0 as fast as my Duolingo streak nearly did...

This blog has now reached 13,000 views since it was started in 2018 but there's one thing that's been on my blog since the beginning of the year and that is a countdown that has been counting down to noon on January 20, 2029, and I'm pretty sure you know what that countdown is for.

However, there's the POSSIBILITY that this countdown might jump to 0 today, because as of 2PM today 9/2/25, "The President" is going to make an announcement at the White House. Who might that president be? It might not be Trump because...

He hasn't been officially seen in 7 days as of today (pics/vids posted of him in the past week date to earlier in 2025 or even earlier)

His latest Truth Social posts likely aren't being written by him due to having much better grammar and punctuation compared to before when he was writing them

There was a video posted by The White House to social media talking about his (Trump's) 11 life lessons and people associate the video style as a "in memoriam" style video.

But even if the countdown DOES jump to 0 today, there's still work to do with JD Vance then being the 48th President of the United States effective later today if... Certain breaking news that people are expecting breaks after 2 today until his term ends in January 2029 or until an earlier date if he is removed from the White House for a specific reason.

3.5 hours from now, we'll find out the truth, but I'll be on the edge of my seat until and after the announcement begins and I'll be watching it via The White House's official media!
